Today, our three Shopify apps, Simple Bundles, Freshly Inventory, and Simple Discounts, untangle inventory, bundling, and fulfilment for brands like Glossier, Sennheiser, YAMAHA, and Stanley Drinkware. Tomorrow, we’ll deliver intelligent automation that feels like an on-staff ops team so merchants can focus on the vision, not the busy-work.

What you can expect:

  1. Flexible hours 🌍

    Work when you’re most productive, with 4 hours of overlap between 9–5 EST. We prioritize output, not time at your desk.

  2. Flexible vacation policy 🏝️

    Take the time you need to recharge—no arbitrary caps or approval hurdles. We trust you to know when to rest.

  3. Async by default 💬

    We meet once a week for 30 minutes. The rest is async: clear threads, thoughtful Looms, and shared docs. Your time is yours to focus.

  4. AI tools, on us 🤖

    Full access to Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for research, coding, reviews, and problem-solving. If a tool helps you do your best work, we’ll make sure you have it.

  5. Workspace stipend 💻

    As a remote team, we know your environment matters. We offer an annual stipend to support your setup, whether it’s a new laptop, a standing desk, or noise-canceling headphones.

  6. Conference trip every year 👋

    Rails World, Shopify Editions, or wherever the best talks (and food) take us. Subject to visa and ticket availability.
